Martial Arts Cinema & Traditional Martial Arts share common traits while at the same time they differ distinctly in purpose, artistic expression, application & philosophy. Both art forms are intriguing to the public but the lines between these two disciplines are often blurred.

Forbidden Kingdom Kung Fu Epic

The Movie "Forbidden Kingdom" Starring Jet Li & Jackie Chan, contains some of the best Kung Fu Cinema action scenes to date. Of course what else would you expect from Jet & Jackie! The story line mixes several of the classic Chinese folkloric martial art tales to create a charming, funny yet predictable plot. If you haven't seen it, its definitely worth seeing & adding to your DVD collection!
I'd like to see these two actions stars together again in a contemporary film like a "Police Story" or a "Cradle to The Grave" type flick! I am interested in what you think of Forbbiden Kindom........
